IP Unit
The Intellectual Property Unit protects and manages the organization’s intellectual assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. Contract Management Unit
The Contract Management Unit oversees the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts across the organization. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Section
The Litigation & Dispute Resolution Section manages legal disputes, claims, and contentious matters involving the organization. The section provides legal representation, coordinates with external counsel, develops dispute resolution strategies, and seeks efficient outcomes through litigation, mediation, arbitration, or negotiated settlements.
Regulatory Compliance Unit

Mergers & Acquisition Section

Tribunal Section
The Tribunal Section manages matters involving administrative, quasi-judicial, regulatory, and specialized tribunal proceedings.
